How do I create an account?
Download the StreetBitez app. You can register with Google, Apple or Email. Once registered, you can start discovering street food vendors near you right away.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email associated with your account. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I'm a vendor — how do I get listed on StreetBitez?
Download the app and create an account. Then navigate to settings -> My Account -> Become a Vendor. Complete vendor onboarding and start your vendor verification process. Once verified create food posts to be discovered by customers.
Why isn't my location showing up on the map?
Make sure location permissions are enabled for StreetBitez in your device settings. Vendors also need to publish an active post or listing with a location for it to appear on the discover map.
How do I report an issue with a vendor or user?
You can report content or accounts directly within the app using the report button on any profile, post or review. For urgent issues, email us at [email protected].
I found a bug. How do I report it?
We appreciate bug reports. Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, the device you're using, and any steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are always helpful.
How do I share feedback or feature requests?
We have a built-in feedback board where you can submit ideas, vote on suggestions from other users, and see what we're working on. You can find it in the app under Settings → Feedback Board.
